Therapeutic massage can include changes in pressure and technique at different parts of the body. It can be intense and it is not uncommon to be sore the next day.

Swedish / Relaxation Massage

Swedish / Relaxation Massage tends to be gentler and primarily relaxes the entire body. The focus is on slow and gliding strokes with light to medium pressure that will increase circulation and blood flow, relieve tension and improve sleep. It is perfect after a stressful week at work.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy is an ancient medicine that uses special cups for suction. Negative pressure then helps to relieve back and neck pain; to loosen and relieve stiff muscles throughout the body; encourages circulation and blood flow through stagnant and "stuck" areas. Cupping can help with anxiety, fatigue, relaxation and well being; improve sleep and even as a form of deep tissue massage.

Sinus Therapy

Sinus Therapy is for relief from sinus pressure, headaches, allergies and colds.

15-min in the Infrared Sauna, 30-min Sinus acupressure massage, 15-min sinus ice therapy, 30-min in the Himalayan salt room.
